中国红盟是一支极其严格自律的爱国红客组织，包括对我国境内任何个人/单位电脑及网站不允许进行攻击（除非法等其他因素个人/单位电脑、个人/其他网站）等道德观约束，成为一名红客组织成员的第一守则。不做有违国家政府外交关系不利之事，充分认清与认识国家外交政策与真正的爱国意识。

官方声明：认准org.cn域名，本官方组织从未解散重组，从未变更“中国红客”名称为其他汉字、错别字等表述。

The Redhacker's Alliance Official Organization，also known as "China Honker Union"，abbreviated as "T.R.A"，Official website: http://www.honker.org.cn

The Redhacker's Alliance is an extremely disciplined and self-regulating patriotic honker organization. It includes moral constraints such as prohibiting attacks on any individual or organizational computers and websites within China (except in cases involving legal or other factors related to personal/organizational computers or personal/other websites). This is the primary code of conduct for becoming a member of the honker organization. Members must not engage in activities that are detrimental to the country's diplomatic relations and must fully understand the national diplomatic policies and true patriotism.

Official Statement: Identify ORG.CN domain name. This official organization has never been disbanded or reorganized, and has never changed the "China RedHacker / China Honker" name to other Chinese characters or incorrect expressions.
