早期叫CHINA HACKER，后来由于HACKER被译为黑客，中国的网络安全黑客技术人员当之无愧被称为红客（音译Honker），红色黑客Red Hacker被外界熟知。

中国红客大联盟(简称：中国红盟)

中国红盟是一支极其严格自律的爱国红客组织，包括对我国境内任何个人/单位电脑及网站不允许进行攻击（除非法等其他因素个人/单位电脑、个人/其他网站）等道德观约束，成为一名红客组织成员的第一守则。不做有违国家政府外交关系不利之事，充分认清与认识国家外交政策与真正的爱国意识。

About Honker

In the early days, it was called CHINA HACKER. Later, because 'HACKER' was translated as '黑客' (hacker), Chinese cybersecurity professionals were rightfully called '红客' (transliterated as Honker), and the Red Hacker became well known internationally.

The Redhacker's Alliance is an extremely disciplined and patriotic honker organization, which includes ethical constraints such as not attacking any individual/unit's computer or website within China (except for legal or other factors involving individual/unit computers or other websites). This is the first rule of becoming a member of a honker organization. One must not engage in actions that would harm the country’s government or diplomatic relations and must fully understand and recognize national foreign policy and true patriotism.
